This one is what really annoys me when I see people say that Bungie has poor QA testing. Probably 90% of the destiny sub has no experience with game or software dev yet thinks they somehow think they could have tested the content better. Let me be very clear: you will NEVER elevate perfect code, it is impossible. You get to a certain acceptable threshold in your testing and address any bugs when the players find them. The beginning of Forsaken had issues with items dropping and not going to the postmaster, and then Black Armory had the same issue, and then now Jokers Wild still has the same issue that 100% reproducible.
There two things here that I think is strange:
